      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct clinical quality audits for the Quality Department
      - Identify and coordinate clinical audits to find areas for quality improvement
      - Collect data through chart extraction for the HEDIS program
      - Organize data to highlight opportunities for improvement
      - Perform chart audits electronically or on-site during the audit season

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree in Nursing
      - Oregon Registered Nurse License
      - Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Nursing
      - Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of collected records
      - Ability to communicate collaboratively with team members

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
      - Dual RN License in Oregon and Washington
      - 1+ years of experience in Quality Management or Quality Improvement
      - Experience auditing electronic health records
      - Familiarity with health plans, project management, and data analysis
