Job Description

- Work with key stakeholders to identify initiatives and tactics that support achievement of business goals and objectives
- Manage tracking of initiative goals and progress against the goals
- Partner with clinical functional leaders to develop work force management tools based on key metrics
- Facilitate clinical work force management governance processes
- Drive resolution processes for issues advanced by Clinical executive leadership
- Work with key stakeholders to understand business requirements to assure alignment with organizational strategies
- Facilitate root cause determination process and related remediation plans through the deployment of analytical and reporting resources
- Understand the stakeholder's business culture and priorities to effectively identify business problems, assess proposed solutions, and represent the needs of stakeholders
- Conduct requirements analysis, leveraging appropriate company and industry approaches and modeling techniques to develop requirements, document them according to corporate standards and procedures, and prioritize them for assigned areas
- Identify inconsistencies and gaps in a complex business process
- Assume a leading role in the review of reports and data for pattern identification, special cause variation identification, trend analysis, or other techniques; prepare and deliver summaries, recommendations, or alternatives of the analyzed information.
- Work with business to develop a business case including return on investment, soft benefits and any regulatory issues
- Participate in department meetings/activities and contribute to a collaborative team environment

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or related field or equivalent years of relevant experience is required
- A minimum of two (2) years of analytical experience is required
- A minimum of five (5) years of health care operations, finance, work force management, or project management experience is required
- Familiarity of the healthcare payer industry is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong strategic thinking skills to identify innovative solutions
- Understanding of business analysis principles, process, and tools
- Proficient in customer relationship management tools
- Understanding of a project lifecycle, including processes, techniques and tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to establish effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective listening and critical thinking skills
- Ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams
- Extensive experience working on multiple projects
