What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Conduct routine audits and drive efficiency improvements in clinical areas

- Mentor team members and monitor program effectiveness
- Implement new software and manage transitions for acquisitions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two years of clinical experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BLS certification
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time and work a flexible schedule
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Surgical or dental experience
- Experience in mentoring and developing clinical team members
- Familiarity with budgeting, operational expenses, and workforce planning
