What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site coverage in situations where there are open positions
- Serve as the expert trainer for new and existing employees in operations support roles
- Develop and maintain standardized training materials and programs for each role
- Schedule and manage assigned training programs, including content creation and coordination
- Measure and track individual performance post-training and provide feedback

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience within a healthcare setting
- Experience in Learning and Development, Project Management, and Staff Development
- Proficiency with EMRs and data analytics software
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all staff levels
