What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site and virtual support in managing operations from a leadership perspective
- Serve as the expert trainer for new and existing team members in operations support roles
- Develop and maintain training materials and resources for each role within the organization
- Schedule and manage training programs, including identifying learning objectives and delivering sessions
- Track and review performance measures post-training and maintain training records

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience within a healthcare setting
- Experience in Learning and Development, Project Management, and Staff Development
- Proficiency with EMRs and data analytics software
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of staff, including senior leadership
