What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site and virtual support in the management of operations through a leadership lens
- Serve as the expert trainer for new and existing team members in operations support roles
- Develop and maintain company standards and training materials for each role
- Schedule and manage assigned training programs, including content creation and coordination with subject matter experts
- Track and review performance measures post-training completion and maintain training records

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience within a healthcare setting
- Experience in learning and development, project management, and staff development
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and demonstrate success in driving quality and standardization
- Excellent interpersonal skills required to communicate with all levels of staff, including senior leadership

- Experience in curriculum design and training
- Proficiency with EMRs and data analytics software
- Passionate about coaching and developing others
- Ability to quickly build rapport with people via a collaborative approach
