What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site and virtual support in managing operations through a leadership lens
- Serve as the expert trainer for new and existing operations support team members
- Develop and maintain training materials and standards for each role
- Schedule and manage training programs, including content creation and coordination with subject matter experts
- Track performance measures post-training and maintain training records

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience within a healthcare setting
- Experience in Learning and Development, Project Management, and Staff Development
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and drive quality and standardization
- Proficiency with EMR systems and data analytics software

- Experience in curriculum design and training
- Previous supervisory experience
- Passion for coaching and developing others
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of staff
- Strong time management and organizational skills
