What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site and virtual support in the management of operations with a leadership perspective
- Serve as the expert trainer for new and existing team members in operations support roles
- Develop and maintain training materials and resources for various roles within the organization
- Schedule and manage training programs, including content creation and delivery of training sessions
- Track and review performance measures post-training to ensure effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience within a healthcare setting
- Experience in Learning and Development, Project Management, and Staff Development
- Proficiency with EMRs and data analytics software
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff

- Experience in curriculum design and training
- Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Passion for coaching and developing others
- Strong organizational and time management skills
