What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site and virtual support in managing operations from a leadership perspective
- Deliver comprehensive training for new and existing team members in operations support roles
- Develop and maintain training materials and programs to ensure consistent onboarding and retraining
- Schedule and manage assigned training programs, including content creation and coordination with subject matter experts
- Track performance measures post-training and maintain training records for team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience in Learning and Development, Project Management, and Staff Development
- Proficiency with EMRs and data analytics software
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
