What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct telephonic medication consultations that meet or exceed production and quality metrics
- Complete annual medication reviews with an emphasis on patient assessment and counseling
- Assess patients for medication adherence barriers and develop plans to improve adherence
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic recommendations to healthcare providers
- Document clinical consultations in the internal database and participate in staff development opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent experience
- Active, unrestricted pharmacy license in the state of primary residence with ability to obtain licensure in additional states
- Minimum of 3 years of Clinical Pharmacy Practice experience
- At least 1 year of Call Center experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and excellent communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA/MPH Degree
- Post Graduate Training (Pharmacy Residency and/or Fellowship)
- Board certification by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS)
- Certified Geriatric Pharmacist
- Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish or other specified languages
