      Job summary

      Pharmacy focused practice with 3 full time in house IP pharmacists all enrolled on the ACP course.

      Looking to recruit an IP Pharmacist to help manage LTCs and develop / support training to manage acute conditions.

      5 days per week, with hybrid working (remote & in practice).

      Main duties of the job

      LTC optimisation

      Medication reviews

      Audits

      Minor ailments

      Medication queries

      Note - repeat prescribing done by another team

      About us

      Weekly in house training / teaching

      Supportive practice team with strong admin team

      Training practice, with GP trainees, PA students, medical students & pre-reg pharmacists
