What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate with university partners to develop and maintain clinical placement sites
- Build and maintain relationships with key personnel through effective communication
- Facilitate student placements and manage necessary documentation in the Exxat system
- Conduct interviews and track student placement results using the Exxat platform
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and FERPA standards while monitoring affiliation agreements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated organizational and data management skills in technology, healthcare, or education sectors
- Understanding of clinical placements in healthcare education
- Excellent time management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

- Experience with regulatory and/or accreditation policies
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse multi-cultural environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
