What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer education and support via phone and email throughout the customer journey
- Assess training and education needs of customers and deliver individualized clinical guidance
- Handle complex customer inquiries related to product use and clinical issues
- Maintain thorough understanding of products and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance patient success and product innovation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' experience managing insulin pump patients
- Current Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist certification required
- State licensure as required
- Experience communicating with a diverse range of audiences
- Must be able to maintain all required licensure for the duration of employment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior industry/commercial experience strongly preferred
- Experience in a contact center or relevant environment preferred
- Professional and polished presentation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Suite and Salesforce
