What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and be accountable for clinical behavioral health professional employees and non-clinical staff
- Set team direction, resolve problems, and provide guidance to team members
- Develop solutions to address new, complex customer requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization
- Lead and participate in team and stakeholder meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Licensed Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Active, unrestricted clinical license for independent practice
- 5+ years of post-licensure Behavioral Health experience
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and multiple computer systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing staff to metrics
- Dual diagnosis experience with mental health and substance use
- Case Management or Managed Care experience
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and mentor a remote team
