What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate care between Medicaid providers and community stakeholders, facilitating access to care and program development
- Provide subject matter expertise to internal and provider clinical teams for assigned populations/programs
- Assist in developing projects related to transition to adulthood, including gap analyses and project standards
- Monitor compliance with Medicaid regulations for identified populations and programs
- Perform clinical oversight functions and maintain programmatic data and policies for reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in direct interaction with members in a behavioral health or social work setting
- Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health related field
- Valid Arizona Driver License with an acceptable driving record
- Knowledge of AHCCCS contract requirements, policies, and procedures
- Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet contractual deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 years of experience in direct interaction with members in a behavioral health or social work setting
- Master’s Degree in a behavioral health related field
