What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage interdisciplinary clinical research studies and ensure compliance with GCP, SOP's, and regulatory requirements
- Act as the primary liaison between the employer and the Customer for timely study launch, conduct, and closeout
- Lead project teams to ensure quality, timelines, and budget management
- Coordinate activities of study conduct partners and proactively manage issues
- Develop contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies for successful study delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in global, full scope clinical project management
- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Ability to travel as necessary (approximately 25%)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
