What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and oversee assigned clinical research trials from planning through execution
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and trial procedures while managing multiple projects
- Provide oversight and coordination of project operational aspects, including budget management
- Lead client and team meetings to facilitate effective communication and decision-making
- Maintain the Trial Master File (TMF) to ensure accuracy and completeness of project documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in allied health fields or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical research experience or project management in a clinical setting
- Previous experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical terminology
- Strong organizational and leadership skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduate degree in a relevant field
- Experience in conducting clinical pharmaceutical research studies in a hospital or CRO setting
- Previous technical and managerial experience in clinical research
