What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and refine AI prompts to generate high-quality clinical output for review
- Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to fine-tune large language models on healthcare datasets
- Create metrics and methodologies to evaluate the quality of AI-generated responses
- Ensure AI-generated responses adhere to ethical guidelines and medical best practices
- Stay current with advancements in natural language processing, machine learning, and ABA therapy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current BCBA certification with 5+ years of clinical experience in clinic and/or home-based services
- Proficiency in conducting and interpreting common ABA assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, FBAs)
- Extensive experience in treatment planning, goal writing, and progress monitoring
- Strong technical understanding of behavioral principles and ABA methodologies
- Strong analytical and technical writing abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AI/ML technologies
- Experience working with healthcare-specific datasets and applications
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and best practices
