What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Clinical Operation Manager to develop an effective quality monitoring program
- Provide QA training to the Clinical Assessors, Clinical Monitors, and the QA staff
- Collect data related to assessments and assessment outcomes
- Develop/complete reports that track and trend activities/outcomes
- Act as an advisor to program staff on all QA and Compliance issues related to the IPP program

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree from a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program required
- NYS Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required
- Two (2) or more years practicing experience as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant required
- 2+ years previous work experience in Quality and Risk Management in a hospital setting conducting peer reviews preferred
- Strong working ability with all forms of technology, ability to navigate multiple systems, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, ability to learn and adapt to new technology quickly; exceptional analytical skills; detail and solution-oriented; ability to work independently as well as with a team; excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
