What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation submitted by associate therapists for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards in the healthcare industry
- Conduct regular audits to assess documentation quality and provide constructive feedback to enhance improvements
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors and management to address documentation quality and compliance issues
- Maintain accurate records of documentation reviews and generate reports on compliance levels

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active New York LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT license required
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology)
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Previous experience in behavioral health or therapy documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
