      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and facilitate clinical process improvement initiatives across the organization
      - Collaborate with service line leaders and medical staff to set clinical performance improvement goals
      - Analyze clinical processes and outcomes to identify improvement opportunities and trends
      - Support peer review processes and participate in root cause analyses for clinical specialties
      - Monitor data accuracy and benchmarking for clinical performance measures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field
      - Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant clinical area or process and quality improvement
      - Current, valid State of Arizona or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) license
      - Other related healthcare certification and/or license as required
      - Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with LEAN continuous improvement methodologies
      - Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements and quality measures
      - Prior experience in a clinical quality improvement role
      - Demonstrated ability to mentor and support data specialists and analysts
      - Effective presentation skills for communicating progress to stakeholders
