Job Description
- Req#: R-16232
- Receiving and processing clinical files and file access requests.
- Generating and manipulating reports for audits and daily processes.
- Maintaining the file audit inbox and performing administrative audits.
- Overseeing special contracts and regional contracts, including e-claims.
- Acting as the first contact for administrative inquiries from the provider network.
- Educating providers on billing processes and requirements.
- Ensuring completeness and confidentiality of files.
- Completing data entry and verification of clinical files.
- Approving and submitting provider invoices for payment.
- Generating reports and preparing customer billing.
- College diploma in office administration or relevant experience.
- 2 years of data entry, administrative, or customer service experience.
- Exceptional administrative and organizational skills.
- High Proficiency in Excel, experience with pivot tables, Word & Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

-Our Clinical Records Administrator is responsible for the administrative quality of all clinical records completed by TELUS health counsellor network, invoices, billing logs process, client file requests in the department.
