What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain records and databases to ensure accurate patient flow and information management
- Generate reports and graphs using software programs to track lab orders and other metrics
- Organize and maintain lab meeting presentation schedules and alarm system on-call schedules
- Coordinate lab events every 2-3 months, including group activities and meals
- Ensure appropriate purchase orders are generated for lab orders and check monthly credit card transactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma preferred
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Basic knowledge of clinical research protocols
- Availability to be reachable daily for urgent lab order tracking

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in an administrative or clinical support role is a plus
- Familiarity with lab operations or research protocols
- Proficiency in using software for data management and reporting
- Experience in organizing events or team activities
- Background in healthcare or related fields
