What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the operations and administrative duties of routine clinical trial activities
- Organize clinical research materials, including site TMF binders
- Oversee daily operations for the clinical research team
- Assist with filing research study documents in the Trial Master File
- Support multiple clinical research projects and maintain communication with the clinical team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Experience with PC and Microsoft Office software suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the medical or clinical field
- Familiarity with clinical research systems and processes
- Ability to train others on clinical research activities
- Experience in handling clinical study documentation and payments
