What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Level Degree in biological sciences, health sciences, or medical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in a research capacity is desired
- Knowledge or experience in a specialty may be desired
- Experience in phlebotomy may be desired
- Computer skills with knowledge of database software applications are required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a research setting
- Familiarity with clinical research protocols and procedures
- Experience performing laboratory analyses on biological specimens
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
