What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in a clinical research setting or similar role
- Strong attention to detail for data accuracy and completeness
- Proficiency in data entry and management
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Effective communication skills for interacting with study participants

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with research regulatory documentation and compliance
- Experience with biospecimen collection and processing
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes and terminology
- Previous experience working with databases and data management software
