What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites in compliance with approved protocols
- Communicate effectively with medical site staff and ensure proper investigator qualifications and resources
- Verify documentation and report any deviations or errors to maintain compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Perform on-site and remote monitoring activities to identify site deviations and recommend corrective actions
- Complete monitoring reports summarizing findings, deficiencies, and recommended actions for compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a health or science-related field
- At least 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
- Ability to travel 60-70% to various locations nationwide
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive to monitoring sites
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft® Office and strong communication skills

- Familiarity with regulatory document review and medical device accountability
- Knowledge of good documentation practices and clinical research protocols
- Experience with patient recruitment and retention strategies
