      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide light clinical and administrative support for clinical research activities
      - Accurately follow study protocol guidelines to ensure compliance
      - Complete paperwork and data entry in a timely manner with attention to detail
      - Collaborate effectively with team members and independently as required
      - Identify potential problems and assist in resolving them

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School education or equivalent
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, laboratory, and/or clinical research
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Effective verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Relevant coursework or specialized training in healthcare or clinical research
      - Phlebotomy certification or willingness to obtain it
      - Experience in processing blood/serum labs, including shipping, or willingness to be trained
      - Familiarity with SAP and Electronic Health Records
      - Prior phlebotomy experience
