What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with various stages of research focused on socioemotional processes in clinical populations
- Utilize MRI/fMRI, EEG/MEG, and other technologies to gather and analyze data
- Conduct behavioral coding and manage questionnaires for research participants
- Ensure adherence to study protocol guidelines and maintain accuracy in data entry
- Collaborate with team members while demonstrating professionalism and empathy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, laboratory, or clinical research
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in clinical research or experimental lab environments
- Prior research experience in emotion, social behaviors, health, psychophysiology, neuroscience, or clinical aging
- Familiarity with technology-based research tools, such as wearables and data collection methods
- Knowledge of programming languages or data management software, such as SPSS, Python, or MATLAB
- Understanding of human laboratory procedures and neuroimaging techniques
