What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day aspects of investigational site activities on assigned clinical trials
- Ensure compliance with international guidelines, local regulations, and corporate policies
- Conduct site initiation visits and train site personnel on study conduct requirements
- Monitor clinical trial data and documentation for consistency and compliance
- Partner with cross-functional teams for query management and data reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field with 3 years of previous field monitoring experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, including Word and Excel
- Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology
- Ability to travel up to 65% for site visits and monitoring activities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a medical device or regulated industry
- Clinical research certification (ACRP or SoCRA clinical coordinator/CRA certification)
- Familiarity with electronic data capture systems
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clinical personnel and key opinion leaders
