      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a team of 6-14 Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to ensure excellent study and site performance
      - Allocate work, provide performance appraisals, and support staff development
      - Collaborate with local stakeholders and country Partner Line Managers (PLMs) for alignment on monitoring functions
      - Resolve operational issues with sites and CRAs to meet study commitments
      - Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and quality standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years' experience within Clinical Research
      - Minimum of 3 years' experience as a CRA monitoring clinical trials
      - Line management experience preferred or at least team leader experience
      - Bachelor's Degree in science required; advanced degree preferred
      - Fluent in local language and business proficient in English (verbal and written)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced Degree (e.g., BA/BS or higher) with strong emphasis in science and/or biology
      - Proven history of strong performance in a clinical research setting
      - Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in people management
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in conflict management
      - Strong influencing skills to effectively build relationships with external customers
