What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial guidelines to ensure accurate billing and compliance
- Review clinical trial protocols and budgets to accurately capture financial activities
- Negotiate budget terms for initial studies and amendments, performing coverage analysis as needed
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure understanding of research protocols and related activities
- Prepare budget and contract proposals for Quality Control review before negotiation with sponsors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in financial or business administration (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar) or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years of budget experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical research
- Experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Office Excel and other MS Office programs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Coding knowledge (CPT, HCPCS)
- Experience with Adobe, Docusign, Filemaker, and other technical platforms
- Previous oncology experience in a clinical research setting
