      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and negotiate budgets for clinical research studies, ensuring all costs are captured
      - Conduct coverage analyses and maintain coverage determinations for protocol amendments
      - Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues and the research community
      - Leverage Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) for pre-award activities
      - Capture all administrative fees and services required for study execution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in biology, health sciences, or financial/business administration, or an associate degree with relevant certifications
      - Minimum four (4) years of experience in clinical trial budget development, negotiation, and management
      - Strong understanding of coverage analysis processes
      - Proven ability to negotiate budgets with industry sponsors
      - Experience utilizing Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CPT Coding Certificate
      - Experience developing budgets for industry-funded trials
      - Familiarity with CPT codes in clinical trial budget development
      - Working experience in clinical research settings
