What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate data collection and management for oncology clinical trials
- Organize complex projects and maintain effective communication with research teams
- Assist with screening, recruitment, selection, and enrollment of study subjects
- Analyze collected data and prepare/revise necessary documentation and manuscripts
- Support lab activities, including budget monitoring and facility maintenance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Level I: Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Level II: Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of research or project coordination experience
- Level III: Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of general research experience with proficiency in project planning
- Obtain CRS certification within 2 years of hire
- CCRP, CCRC, or equivalent professional certification required for Level III at hire

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in clinical research, particularly in oncology
- Familiarity with study or project planning and development
