      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and conduct clinical studies, including subject recruitment, informed consent, chart maintenance, and data entry
      - Manage IRB submissions and renewals in compliance with FDA and IRB guidelines
      - Ensure protocol compliance and maintain accurate data and documentation
      - Oversee study preparation, blood sample processing, and analysis
      - Educate patients and family members about clinical study participation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor of Science degree
      - 1 to 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Strong understanding of federal regulations and guidance for clinical studies
      - Knowledge of good clinical practices
      - Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and research teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with database management and analysis
      - Familiarity with clinical trial protocols and regulatory requirements
      - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate participants
