What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the day-to-day functions of multiple clinical research studies under the supervision of the Medical Office Administrator
- Interface with the Principal Investigator, patients, sponsors, and the Institutional Review Board (IRB)
- Ensure all documentation is timely and accurate, maintaining compliance with study protocols (GCP/ICH)
- Collaborate closely with the Principal Investigator to support research objectives
- Facilitate the communication between stakeholders involved in clinical trials

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completion of an accredited Medical or Phlebotomy training program or equivalent education/experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Clinical Research setting
- Required to have a College Degree for specific clinical trials
- Phlebotomy Certificate upon hire for certain departments
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduate of a Vocational School or college
- Coursework/Training: Biohazardous Material packaging training
- 3 years of experience in a Clinical Research setting preferred
