What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the day-to-day functions of multiple clinical research studies
- Interface with the Principal Investigator, patients, sponsors, and the Institutional Review Board (IRB)
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation, maintaining strict compliance with study protocols (GCP/ICH)
- Collaborate closely with the Principal Investigator to manage research activities
- Support the overall mission of providing compassionate and coordinated care to patients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completion of an accredited Medical or Phlebotomy training program or equivalent education/experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Clinical Research setting
- Phlebotomy Certificate required upon hire for relevant departments
- Coursework/Training in Biohazardous Material packaging preferred
- College degree preferred for certain clinical trials

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduate of a Vocational School or college
- 3 years of experience in a Clinical Research setting preferred
- Additional coursework or training relevant to clinical research practices
