What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate multiple clinical research studies, including multicenter clinical trials and investigator-initiated studies
- Recruit and screen study participants, obtaining informed consent and managing study visit schedules
- Collect and document data according to study protocols, ensuring participant confidentiality and compliance with regulations
- Maintain regulatory documentation and assist with IRB submissions and other compliance requirements
- Serve as a resource for clinical research staff, providing training and support as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma with sufficient experience in a clinical research environment
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical research
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice Guidelines and HIPAA regulations
- Understanding of medical terminology and experience with electronic medical records
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree in biology, public health, psychology, sociology, or a related field
- Familiarity with the Committee on Human Research (CHR) online iRIS system
- Bilingual capabilities
- Experience with data management programs such as RedCap and advanced Excel
- Knowledge of research policies and guidelines
