What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate research subject activities for clinical trials supported by the Translational Research Institute
- Manage clinical trial activities independently under the guidance of clinical research leadership
- Utilize nursing processes to provide study-related procedures to research participants
- Represent the employer and investigator interests in the design and development of research projects
- Maintain compliance with Good Clinical Practice Guidelines and relevant regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with three (3) years of nursing and/or clinical research experience, or an Associate's degree with five (5) years of experience
- Current Arkansas RN license
- Basic Life Support certification
- Ability to work occasional weekends and after-hours as required by study protocols
- CRS certification within two years of hire
