What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as System Administrator for Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and electronic Trial Master File (eTMF)
- Collaborate with study teams to set up studies and manage user access within the CTMS
- Maintain compliance with ICH, GCP, and regulatory guidelines while overseeing system updates and user training
- Monitor system performance and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and issue resolution
- Create and maintain documentation, including SOPs, training materials, and system reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a health science field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with CTMS and eTMF systems as a clinical program manager
- 2+ years of clinical research experience (CRA, CTM, PM, or related role) within a CRO preferred
- Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Experience in pharmaceutical drug development, particularly in oncology
- Previous role as CTMS and eTMF Administrator
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Proven ability to lead meetings and effectively communicate with stakeholders
- Familiarity with clinical trial design, implementation, and data management processes
