Schedule: Full-time
Shift: Monday-Friday, Days
Location : 14055 Riveredge Dr, Ste 250, Tampa, 33637, requires travel 3 days per week to offices throughout Tampa, Zephyrhills & North Pinellas (subject to change based on department needs)

The role you’ll contribute:
The Clinical Resource Services Coordinator under the direction of the Risk Manager for AHMG West Florida Division (AHMG WFD) is responsible for ensuring regulatory requirements are correctly executed and maintained for a variety of accreditation bodies. Reviews compliance with organizational policies and standards of practice, identifies loss, waste, defects and corrects with practice leadership. Assists with patient safety initiatives. Assists with setting up new practices with CLIA, Medical Licenses or Certifications, Occupational Licenses, and Biomedical Permits, and forwards any compliance issues to the Risk Manager. Sets up contact services by coordinating the Biomedical Waste management, Shredding, and various other external vendors. Assists the organization in proactive risk management and aligning practices with performance improvement planning.

· Completes assessment and recommendations of clinical workflows, equipment, regulatory quality control for all new practices and specialties during build phrase.
· Assists with review and set up for all clinical equipment and workflows for new practices or acquisitions.
· Assists with clinical review of acquisition practices evaluating the compliance with regulations and training needs.
· Works closely with AHMG onboarding to ensure appropriate business and vendor licensures are secured.
· Creates and updates standard equipment, supplies, medications for new practices.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications :
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program
· 5+ Years of medical office experience
· BCLS - Basic Life Support
· Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)-AAMA from a certified AHMG approved body
Preferred qualifications:
· CPHQ - Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality
· Completion of various clinical or medical office certifications (i.e., cardiology, quality certification)
· Completion of various medical office or clinical skills (i.e., billing)
· Certification in regulatory: OSHA
