What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical triage by receiving and responding to patient telephone requests under the direction of a physician
- Document patient interactions, including requests, follow-ups, and any pertinent information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Review patient data for clinical updates and implement physician orders as necessary
- Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and dietary recommendations in collaboration with the physician
- Manage scheduling priorities for patient visits and referrals, ensuring proper documentation in the EMR

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduation certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant program or an accredited nursing program
- Current certification/license from a recognized medical assistant or nursing organization
- Must have licensure for both Indiana and Kentucky if holding an RN or LPN license
- High-speed internet service for remote work
- HIPAA-compliant workspace with necessary ergonomic needs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of EMR systems and clinical protocols
