What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Efficiently schedule patient/client services and coordinate with staff
- Document patient/client schedules in a timely manner
- Coordinate care with management and patient/client interdisciplinary team
- Provide effective communication to patients/clients, staff members, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance by processing reports timely

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School graduate
- One year's experience as a home health scheduler preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience with electronic medical records (HCHB preferred)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Home Care Home Base experience
- Strong MS Office experience, including Excel & Word
