What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support during the implant of the remed? System
- Train hospital staff during the opening of new implanting centers
- Support therapy activation and titration for the remed? System
- Collaborate with the Territory Manager to support all aspects of the sales process
- Offer remote technical support during scheduled “on-call” duties

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field required
- Minimum of 2 years in a clinical support role with a medical device company, preferably in Cardiac Rhythm Management with extensive implant support experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to take responsibility and act independently when necessary

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- IBHRE certification
- Experience working in a highly dynamic environment with an ever-changing schedule
