What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative and clinical supervision on a weekly basis to direct supervisees (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCPC)
- Conduct annual performance evaluations and necessary corrective actions for supervisees
- Maintain documentation of supervision sessions and conduct quality note reviews monthly
- Oversee intake meetings, client assignments, and clinical case meetings
- Interface with community referral sources and develop funding sources

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related field
- Maintain professional license in the state of Maryland to provide therapy services
- Licensed Certified Supervisor by the Board of Maryland Social Work Examiners (LCPC or LCSW-C)
- At least five years of administrative and/or clinical experience in a behavioral health setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of CARF standards and COMAR regulations
- Valid Driver's License and clear driving record
- Experience working with clients with emotional and behavioral disabilities
