What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan project scope and timelines to ensure successful delivery by breaking larger efforts into smaller phased projects
- Provide oversight and accountability of deliverables, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulations
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align project timelines with larger efforts
- Continuously assess project status and manage risks, ensuring timely communication with the project team
- Author project plans and oversee documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years' project management experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment
- Familiarity with clinical trial regulations and project management practices
- Proven ability to manage technology solutions deployed in clinical trials

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with IRT topics, including study design and randomization methodologies
- Familiarity with GxP Validation Requirements
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to adapt and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
