What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate day-to-day activities for office support and management, including scheduling and staffing
- Respond to calls, questions, and concerns in a timely manner
- Track, update, and communicate changes for staff schedules daily
- Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding
- Process charts, orders, labs, and interdisciplinary team meeting information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age with the necessary education and/or experience
- High school diploma or GED
- 0 to 2 years of healthcare/home care and/or hospice experience
- 0 to 2 years of strong customer service, office, and computer skills
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) preferred upon hire

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's or Vocational degree or Bachelor's degree
- Experience in a healthcare or home care setting
- Familiarity with automated medical record scheduling systems
