What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer onboarding, preceptor, and training programs for clinical positions
- Collaborate with operations leadership to design and implement recognition programs for trainers
- Ensure effective communication with new hires and preceptors to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience
- Monitor training compliance and documentation for new hires, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies
- Utilize technology to analyze training data and streamline processes for operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School graduate or equivalent; preferred Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
- Minimum of 2+ years in operations support, learning & development, human resources, or an analyst role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools including Smartsheet and Power BI
- Strong technical skills with advanced proficiency in data management platforms
- Ability to maintain positive relations with clients and coworkers while adhering to company values
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Excel, Smartsheet, Project Management Professional (PMP), or Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate
- Experience in designing and developing learning experiences and resources
- Previous experience in a healthcare or community service setting
