What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prioritize clinical triage calls, follow clinical protocols, and coordinate services
- Verify patient demographic information and update electronic health records
- Serve as an escalation point for clinical patient issues and provide clinical advice
- Manage and respond to escalated electronic patient messages
- Create a positive patient experience and independently resolve patient issues during phone calls

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Registered Nurse with current license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania or seeking Pennsylvania licensure through reciprocity
- Minimum 2 years recent clinical experience in a physician office, home health, critical care, and/or emergency room
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated continuous growth and strong problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
