What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage trial and site administration, including tracking essential documents and updating clinical trial databases
- Prepare, collate, distribute, and archive clinical documents, ensuring compliance with quality control plans
- Collaborate with finance representatives to develop, negotiate, and maintain Clinical Trial Research Agreements (CTRAs)
- Support regulatory submissions and site start-up processes, including the preparation of submission packages for IRB/ERC
- Organize meetings and support local investigator meetings, including venue selection and material preparation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completed job training in office management, administration, finance, or healthcare, or a Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluent in local languages and business proficient in English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office and clinical IT applications
- Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices and ICH-GCP appropriate to the role
- Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in clinical trial coordination or related roles
- Familiarity with Global and Country/Regional Clinical Research Guidelines
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive growth mindset
- Experience in negotiation within the finance area of clinical trials
- Ability to establish and maintain culturally sensitive working relationships
